What we'll cover

As a founder, you are focusing obsessively on developing a great product that delights your users. But in the early days, as you are still developing and iterating your idea, how do you figure out what it takes to build a great product and reach product-market fit? For any good product, there needs to be thoughtful consideration of what the user wants and needs at every step of the product development process: prototyping, testing, iterating, launching, (iterating more) and growing your product.

What goes into product development and how do you know you’ve created a product people love? We’re excited to discuss product development with product managers and founders, and other topics like:

  • Taking a product from idea to market
  • Testing prototypes, designs, and more
  • Roadmapping
  • Iterating on prototypes and MVPs
  • Collecting feedback on your product
  • Prioritizing new features
  • Managing the product development process
  • Structuring your initial product team
