  • How do you structure agents that do not fall apart after step three?
  • How do you manage state, tools, memory, and retries?
  • What breaks when OpenClaw meets real infra, real APIs, real users?

This night is about answering those questions with demos.

Come show what you are building, or come watch others walk through what actually works and what absolutely does not.

No slide decks. Just running systems and the people who built them.

What to Expect

  • Agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, evals, failure handling
  • A room full of builders actively working with OpenClaw

How are you using OpenClaw in a real system?

Examples include:

  • Multi step OpenClaw agents coordinating tools and APIs
  • Patterns for managing state, retries, and failure modes
  • OpenClaw in production or near production environments
  • Observability, logging, and debugging OpenClaw workflows
  • Agent handoffs, tool routing, or long running tasks
  • Infrastructure choices that actually matter
  • Lessons learned the hard way

Messy is fine. Early is fine. Honest is required.

Pitch decks are not allowed. This is work in progress.

How do ideas - and the human brains that make and hold them - interact?  Get prepared for meta! Esther Dyson and Jerry Michalski, will discuss the idea of how people work together to shape, compare, intertwine and ultimately produce multi-faceted ideas and multi-dimensional idea spaces.  As David Waltz (Thinking Machines) once said, “Words are not in themselves carriers of meaning, but merely pointers to shared understanding.” Watch and lob questions as the two of them try to build and share the idea of how better ideas can be developed through collaboration.
