Meet the Spring 2026 Camp Cohort: Agent Systems

Jordan Crook

The world is changing fast.

SaaS is shrinking in breadth as a small number of winners get much more depth. Forward-deployed engineering and AI-native services businesses are appealing after venture had written that posture off for the last twenty years. Prosumer tools are being overtaken by software that is radically more flexible and personalized. And consumer is staring down its first true renaissance in more than a decade.

Underneath all of it: agents are quietly, inevitably becoming a core interface for how we work, live, and play.

We planted a flag in this in October of 2025 — pre-OpenAI/OpenClaw, pre-run on Mac Minis, pre-Hermes-everything. We turned our focus toward Agent Systems and got to work.

That work has two parts. One: start playing with the technology. Two: launch a Camp.

Last week, some 200 days later, we held Demo Day for Agent Systems Camp.

More than 400 companies applied. We picked eleven.

Each one is doing something different — vertical agents replacing known cost centers, infrastructure for adaptive software, ambient agentic hardware, local-first personal AI, coordination layers between humans and machines — and each has spent the last six months sharpening their thesis alongside us.

What follows is a brief introduction to all of them. The next chapter belongs to them.

solstone is an open source project for your own personal agent - a co-brain that’s truly yours alone.

Problem

Everyone is growing unsure about the future as AI reshapes their professional and personal lives, they’re losing their footing, their confidence, and their autonomy. The agents being built today don’t know you, don’t represent you, and don’t always answer to you. Once they do, they can support you to excel in every aspect of your life.

Solution

Solstone is a digital foundation that’s truly yours - a personal co-brain that experiences your life with you, builds an honest understanding of you over time, and gives you a digital reflection of yourself you can instill into every AI agent you work with or create. Fully open source, runs on your devices, and supported by a public benefit corporation that is bound by covenants to protect your privacy.

Customers

Early adopters are fellow builders, founders, and professionals who want to navigate the agent era with their own footing. OWver time, every individual will benefit from a personal agent.

Sky Valley Ambient Computing

skyvalley.ac

Infrastructure For Adaptive Software - Software That Evolves At Runtime

Problem

Software is static, it only changes on a release cycle, while user needs change constantly, meaning user needs are constantly unmet. As the cost of producing software collapses, the bottleneck shifts from building it to distributing and adapting it.

Solution

Sky Valley makes software adaptive: it reshapes itself around each user's intent in production, no release cycle required. Differ is the distribution layer- an omnichannel network that delivers adaptive software into the surfaces users already live in.

weXare

https://wexare.com/

Decentralized coordination layer where AI agents and people collaborate as peers

Problem

AI is making intelligence abundant, but execution in the real world still depends on coordination between people, tools, and systems. Existing organizations and software were built around static teams, rigid workflows, and centralized control, making them too slow and fragmented for the agentic era.

Solution

weXare is a decentralized coordination network where AI agents and people can dynamically collaborate to complete real-world work. We provide the infrastructure for discovery, orchestration, reputation, and payment across humans and AI, enabling work to form and adapt in real time.

Customers

Initially, communities and small businesses coordinating real-world services and AI-assisted work. Long term, any organization or network that needs flexible coordination between humans and AI agents.

Pack

Agentic Travel Assistant

Problem

Travel planning and booking is a time consuming, complex, manual process, and most functionality ends once you buy your trip.

Solution

A proactive, reliable, agentic travel agent for both organizing trips and coordinating the trip while you're there. We can book you the flights and hotels you would pick yourself, and are working towards organizing your rides, activities, and restaurants.

Customers

We are focused on luxury consumers, but as this will be a free product we imagine most people will be interested in using it.

Quome

https://quome.com/

The HIPAA-ready PaaS that runs in your cloud — apps, databases, AI agents, and workflows deployed in your own GCP, AWS, or Azure account in 15 minutes.

Problem

Engineering teams waste months stitching together 6+ vendors for deployment, databases, workflow orchestration, and AI infrastructure — costing $699/mo or more and adding 3–6 months of compliance overhead before a healthcare or enterprise customer will sign. The result is slow shipping, expensive DevOps hires, and compliance gaps that stall deals.

Solution

Quome is a multi-cloud Platform-as-a-Service that deploys apps, managed databases, AI agents, and prompt-driven workflows directly in the customer's own cloud account (GCP, AWS, or Azure) via a Bring Your Own Service Account (BYOSA) model — so the customer's data never touches Quome's infrastructure. One platform replaces six point solutions at 4–5x lower cost (~$152–179/mo vs. $699/mo+), with HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance from Day 1, setup in 15 minutes.

Customers

Engineering leaders (VP Eng, CEO, or CTO) at AI-native startups and regulated-industry companies (healthcare, fintech, legal) who need to ship production infrastructure fast without building an internal platform team.
Secondarily: AI engineers and data/ML teams who need a full agent and workflow platform without gluing together Temporal, e2b, Auth0, and Neon on their own.

Pai

https://pai.company/

Pai helps brands predict customer reactions to new products, packaging, and messaging before launch.

Problem

Consumer brands spend millions trying to understand what customers will want before launch. But today’s research methods are slow, expensive, and episodic, leaving teams to make critical decisions without the speed or confidence they need.

Solution

Pai turns a brand’s customer data into predictive customer simulations they can test decisions against. Brands use Pai to predict reactions to new products, packaging, messaging, and campaigns before they launch.

The Autonomous Pharmacy

Problem

Pharmacies are burdened with back-office tasks like data entry, phone calls, and paperwork. We are solving the $40B pharmacy administrative labor problem.

Solution

We are building an agentic pharmacy operating system that handles all of the repetitive, time-consuming admin tasks that pharmacies have to face every day. Our operating system sits on top of existing pharmacy management systems and orchestrates agents to handle various workflows and tasks.

Capsule AI

https://gocapsule.ai/

Agentic Strategy for Life Sciences

Problem

Turning a drug from molecule to commercialized product is a business with terrible odds. That's why in pharma, one wrong strategic call costs billions and one right call defines a company for decades. Yet today, that judgment runs on analysts manually stitching together PDFs across a dozen databases and six-week consulting decks that arrive half-stale. Companies pour billions into talent and consultants just to keep up, and still walk into decision meetings with half the picture.

Solution

Capsule is an army of AI agents that does the work of an entire pharma strategy team in minutes instead of months. Reading millions of papers across global databases, ingesting hundreds of conferences live, and running primary research with stakeholders through a voice agent. It's the first system that reasons across public evidence, proprietary voice data, and the customer's own internal data in a single query. Turning month of strategic work into a near real-time answer.

Inanimate

https://inanimate.tech/

Devices and a platform to transform any room into an agentic environment.

Problem

Agents are personal and powerful, but accessed through keyboards and trapped behind glass. They can think and reason, but cannot act in the spaces where we live and work—limiting their usefulness in everyday life.

Solution

Inanimate makes agents physically present. Embodied in everyday devices, they can act in the real world—coordinating, signaling, and adapting to you. This turns agents into something you can see, feel, and rely on in your daily life.

Customers

Design-savvy, tech-forward prosumers upgrading their home office setups, with expansion into the workplace and broader consumer markets over time.

Filament

https://filament.dm/

The multiplayer platform for professionals and agents.

Problem

The most valuable professional relationships have always happened in private group chats and networks that exist outside any one company. It’s in these often unsanctioned groups where professionals are building agents and experimenting.

The problem is these legacy platforms treat agents as integrations and work as something done in silos. The future is multiplayer professional networks with agents as first class citizens.

Solution

Filament is the first multiplayer communication platform where professionals and agents connect and collaborate. Familiar like Slack. Channels, DMs, threads, every device. But it's built for networks, not companies.

Customers

The 78% of Professionals who aren’t waiting for their company to ok their agent, but are connecting, building and collaborating in a shadow agent economy that routes around sanctioned corporate accounts.
